The Andaman Islands are located in the Bay of Bengal, and the western part of the Andaman Sea. These Islands make up a huge Archipelago that covers an area of over 700 km from north to south, and includes no less than 572 islands of which only 30 are inhabited by humans. Due to strict government conservation projects, and efforts of environmental agencies, this place has remained a pristine marine environment where large shoals of hard fighting sport fish are found in every section of water we have now identified.
Underwater canyons, coral reefs, and warm shallow seas make it a perfect habitat for numerous species of the world’s most popular saltwater game fish species.
With the complete absence of commercial fishing in this area the Andaman’s are a very special destination for sea fishing not only in terms of quantity, but also in number of species that can be caught in a single days fishing. The special & unique formation of the Andaman Islands means it has rare selection of endemic species of flora and fauna that consists of evergreen tropical rainforest canopy & moist deciduous forests. You will also find a great selection of wildlife Such as Salt water crocodiles, Monitor Lizards, snakes & great number of birds.
The Andaman Islands also holds a great opportunity for scuba diving and snorkeling in the warm crystal clear, fish filled waters. During these 10 days we will target fish such as the Giant trivially, Barracuda, King mackerel, Green Job fish and giant grouper that can exceed the 200lb barrier. On selected nights we can arrange a night fishing trip, where we will be doing bottom fishing, this is a great technique for catching Sharks and rays, plus a whole variety of other beautiful species.
