Sometimes I hate that I can't walk into a place that sells fish without buying something. A lot of the times I find nice, unique or mislabled animals. Tonight brought home two show guppies, a bamboo shrimp, a goliath cory, 3 blind cave tetras and a hawaiian feather worm. $15.00 - Always after the bargin Smile They will join my exsisting line up.

Gotten lucky a few times on mislabel's, $15 isn't bad at all you got a great deal. With me if I find something on my "want/like list" for under $30 that's a score LOL A couple stores I like to shop I refer to them as $100 stores thus don't shop there very often though I'd like to

I used to have the same problem. But at this point my tanks are stocked about as far as I can take them, so no more additions without subtractions.

How big does a goliath cory get? The name peaked my curiosity, but I wasn't able to find any info through Google.

i was thinking the same thing as i like my cory cats.is it just a trade name to sell larger aenus? or is it actualy differnt.

I have no oubt that it is just a marketing name but there are the biggest corys I have ever seen. Most corys I have ever had have maxed out at about 2.5 inches. My 2 older goliath corys are 4 inches and this new one is over 2 but thier bodies definitly are larger and wider than the peppered and albinos that I keep.
